Virtual Event – Like herding cats: Coordinating evaluation across multiple areas

Join us for tea as we discuss the challenge of evaluating programmes or projects which involve multiple partners, sites and activities. Such projects can be fraught with difficulty and contention as well as opportunity to support wide-scale change. Kate Measures and Jen DeWitt will begin the session drawing on our experiences to present case studies of such evaluations. The rest of the meeting will be devoted to discussion around evaluation challenges participants are facing, with the aim of generating a series of ‘top tips’ for how to approach such challenges – and pitfalls to avoid – within the context of inevitable budgetary and resource constraints.
