Emma is one half of PS Research, bringing together a blend of quantitative and qualitative research skills to ask the questions that matter and find the answers that make a difference for their clients. Services include:

Emma is a highly experienced qualitative research consultant, built on years of experience working for international research agencies.
She is knowledgeable in the appropriate use of different qualitative methods and has significant experience running focus groups in-person and online, in-depth interviews and increasingly the adoption of digital qualitative solutions such as online communities.
Emma is valued by clients for her ability to interpret qualitative feedback and bring often complex issues together into a strong, coherent story for reports and presentations.
Emma has over 15 years’ experience as a market researcher, with several years spent working agency side in a couple of international agencies. As a Research Manager she was relied on to manage a wide range of large quantitative and qualitative research projects from proposal to presentation.
She is a Member of the Association of Qualitative Researchers (AQA).
