Background:

M·E·L Research is an indepednet social research agency working across a range of intersecting sectors. Our specialist visitor and audiences team work with clients across museums, heritage, natural heritage, performing arts and events, mega-events and other visitor attractions and desinations.

We are a social value driven agency, selective about who we work with and how. We donate 5% of profits to our charity of the year, pay the Real Living Wage, provide staff volunteering days and are trailling a nine day working fortnight for our teams.

Senior researchers at M·E·L Research focus on a small number of, often related, sectors. Our culture specialists have cross-over with education, charity,  technology and public sector research.
