Adam is a freelance research and evaluation consultant working with the public, cultural and not-for-profit sectors.
He helps organisations find new insights through a range of market research, evaluation and consultation services.
He specialises in delivering quantitative research methods using advanced survey and analysis software to better understand visitors and audiences.
Adam set up Pearson Insight in early 2018 after working in various research and senior management roles in the public sector. For the last few years he managed an in-house agency, providing research and evaluation services to internal and external clients in the North West.
He works across the public, cultural and not-for-profit sectors with clients to date including Manchester Digital, Lightpool Festival, Blackpool Transport, Wyre Council, Pendle Council, One Lancashire and Active Lancashire. Adam is a member of the Market Research Society (MRS), Independent Consultants Group (ICG), Social Research Association (SRA), Visitor Studies Group (VSG) and Museum Freelance amongst others.
He is currently studying for an Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research with the MRS, is undertaking training on Impact Evaluation with the SRA and has recently completed courses on Statistics for Research and Data Visualisation.
He regularly blogs about insights on research, evaluation and consultation, with recent posts featuring the pitfalls of survey design and how running a consultation can be like letting your dog out.
