The Visitor Studies Group is running a special masterclass with Lisa Baxter (founder of The Experience Business) July 7th, 10.00 – 16.30 at the National Railway Museum (York). Perfect for those with experience in visitor research or development of visitor experiences, the class will teach you how to consider your spaces and events from the perspective of your audiences.
