The Visitor Studies Group: Championing excellent visitor experiences
2024 Conference tickets on sale!
Tickets to our annual conference on 10 May at ISH Venues in London are on sale now! The early bird discount of 20% will be available until 25 March so book early! The theme of the conference is The cost of culture: measuring barriers affecting the visitor experience. Book your ticket here.
In recognition of the current difficult financial circumstances, we have decided to freeze conference ticket prices for a further year.
Speakers working in a wide range of learning, marketing, research consultancy and academic teams will present pioneering examples that tune in to and amplify the voices of potential and existing audiences. Together we’ll explore the role of research and evaluation in championing equity and accessibility and consider how evaluation can be used as a tool in efforts to foster a sense of belonging and welcome for visitors of diverse backgrounds.
We are pleased to have invited speakers from The Imperial War Museum, The V&A, The Royal Opera House, Morris Hargreaves McIntyre, The Revels Office, The National Gallery, London Transport Museum and more. The full programme and schedule will be available on our website soon.
Please note: there will be photography at this event. This photography is for the explicit purpose of supporting the promotion of VSG and fulfilment of our purpose. Delegates will be reminded of this at check-in; please speak to a member of the Committee on the day with any questions or concerns.
We will once again host a pre-conference social, this year on Thursday 9th May at the London Transport Museum.
