The Visitor Studies Group: Championing excellent visitor experiences

Access All Areas?

Access All Areas?

Wednesday 11th November
The Whitworth, Manchester

Following the success and feedback from our Access all Areas? event last year in Edinburgh, we are excited to offer another full-day session in Manchester that will focus on access and accessibility within the cultural sector. Aimed at people who work in visitor studies, learning and engagement and manage front of house teams, we will take a deeper look at current projects and training and discuss new challenges and resolutions to physical, sensory and intellectual barriers.

This also marks our first VSG event in Manchester and we are delighted it will be hosted at The Whitworth from 9:30-16:30 on Wednesday 11th November.

The day will include insightful demonstrations of technology designed to increase the accessibility of exhibitions and the latest approaches from organisations and individuals who work directly with audiences with additional access requirements.
